Campaign Principles
We need to continue to fight to strengthen our economy, to protect our
environment, to protect women’s rights to make their own health decisions...
Public Safety First
Courtney helped launch the Office of Community Safety to tackle violence and mental health emergencies with prevention, not just punishment. She also serves on the NC Governor’s Crime Commission, bringing Fayetteville’s voice to state-level safety reform.
Housing & Homeless Solutions
Courtney spearheaded the opening of Fayetteville’s Emergency Day Resource Center and expanded affordable housing access across the city, including improvements to the first-time homebuyer program.
Investing in Fayetteville’s Youth
From ACE Academy to Teen CERT to the Youth Council, Courtney has expanded life-changing programs that empower teens. She’s mentored students on courts, in classrooms, and in community halls.
Leadership That Listens
Courtney shows up: to town halls, neighborhoods, and real conversations. Her leadership is rooted in accessibility, honesty, and a deep commitment to hearing—and helping—every resident.
Experience That Delivers Results
Whether managing millions in public funds or building partnerships across the state, Courtney has proven she can lead with integrity. Her leadership style is calm, steady, and built to deliver—not divide.
